I will shift! From A.B. Development Studies to B.S. Management Accounting, the course of my college life will be. What’s the connection then between these courses? What’s the story behind the shift anyway? It all started when I began to discern my life priorities. My real order of course choices is this: Dev Stud and then any management course… that’s all. Development, Human organizations, management, resources, systems, policies… mao ni na butang akong ganahan so Man Acc ug Dev Stud is not really that far. I realized then that Development Studies is best for me as a second degree, somehow a “supplementary” course. So I will now pursue another dimension of my passion and that is analysis, systems, resources and finance. My parents not only approve it, they even encourage it. So now, I feel happier and contented that my vision for my future has finally crystallized. I just pray and work to make things fall in place. Now in the technical stuff, my majors are all fine. I just need to take up summer classes in Acc 2, 3, and History which is completely fine.
