Last September 15, 2012, I
together with the 4th year Continuing Legal Education Program Class
went to the Libona Legislative Hall to conduct what we call a “legal outreach”.
With 5 lawyers and a team of senior law
students, the team were able to cater to the basic legal needs of the people.
As I observed, the most basic concerns they have are clerical corrections on
important documents, notarization, and land issues.
